Dogwood Arts Festival 2018 on Market Square-Friday, the 27th- With quality arts and crafts booths, performing arts, and culinary arts demonstrations and tastings, several blocks of downtown Knoxville will be transformed into a lively street fair. Come and enjoy the best of spring in our fine city. Cost for the festival only is $5 which includes refreshment. Depart: 2:45. Return to Sunshine is at 5:30.
